Hyannis/St. Tropez 11-Piece Rectangular Patio Dining Set Kingsley Bate

The Kingsley Bate St. Tropez/Hyannis 10-Seat Rectangular Dining Set offers a flexible outdoor dining solution that offers generous space for entertaining. The Hyannis 118" Rectangular Extension Dining Table is crafted from stunning solid teak featuring wide plank construction, block-style legs and butterfly-style self-storing extensions that move smoothly into place on stainless steel tracks. Note: Due to the stainless steel track mechanism, this collection is not recommended for use poolside or by the ocean (salt air environment). The table seats 6 - 8 when closed in the 82.5" length and comfortably seats 10 when fully extended to 118". A stationary center piece means an umbrella does not have to be removed prior to extending the table. The umbrella hole, with teak cap, accommodates a 2.5" diameter pole. Optional solid brass Reducer Ring to convert the 2.5" hole to a 2" hole is sold separately. Please note, new table design in 2023 features slightly narrower slats (see last two photos).

Note: the Kingsley Bate St. Tropez ST16 Dining Armchair will not slide underneath the long side of the Hyannis dining table when the table is in the closed position due to the table apron. The space between legs is 63" at sides, 28.5" at ends. The overhang (outer leg to end of fully extended table) is 24". The clearance under the apron is 26" at sides, 29" at ends when table is extended, and 25" at ends when not extended. Please note, the new design in 2023 features slightly narrower slats (as shown in last two photos).

These stable and secure chairs are made from solid teak wood, a tropical hardwood that is naturally pest and moisture resistant. The comfortable sling is fabricated from vinyl coated polyester which is an outdoor fabric that won't fade or deteriorate with exposure to the elements. Sling available in Sand, Slate, Black and Blue colors. Cilantro was discontinued in 2025 and no longer available.

Cleaning Slings
Kingsley-Bate slings are made of 100% vinyl-coated polyester, an extremely durable, fade resistant, and easy to care for fabric. Regular maintenance will help extend the life of the fabric. We recommend cleaning the fabric twice yearly for moderate use, or more often for heavy-use applications. To clean fabric slings, prepare a solution using 1 tbsp. liquid dish detergent and 2 tbsp. bleach mixed in 1 gallon of fresh warm water. Clean the fabric using a sponge or soft cloth dipped in the solution. Be careful to avoid getting this solution on the teak or stainless steel furniture frame. After cleaning, rinse the fabric thoroughly with fresh water and allow it to air dry.

For more stubborn stains, use the following treatments:
- Suntan lotion, oils, or grease: Rubbing alcohol
- Mildew: Use strong liquid detergent with warm water and chlorine bleach.
- Beer and coffee: Use strong liquid detergent with warm water and white vinegar.
- Berry juices, wine, or blood: Use strong liquid detergent, warm water and ammonia.

You should avoid putting your sling fabric in direct contact with oil-based products such as suntan lotion, which may cause the fabric to discolor or age more rapidly. If direct contact occurs, clean the fabric promptly to remove any lotion or oil residue.

Furniture Covers
Furniture covers should be cleaned regularly before environmental deposits (dirt, etc.) are allowed to accumulate and become embedded in the fabric. We recommend spot cleaning furniture covers. Start by brushing off any loose dirt/debris, then clean using a sponge, fresh water, and mild soap.

WHAT'S NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY

This warranty does not cover and is void if damage is a result of freight/shipping, a failure caused by unreasonable or abusive use, acts of God, improper care, freeze damage, mildew, normal wear, fading and stretching of fabrics, glass breakage, glides, repairs or modifications to product after purchase, or if the customer fails to provide reasonable and necessary care and maintenance as outlined in instructions.

Teak wood is a natural material. As such, you may notice checking (small cracks), teak oil secretions, and lifting of the grain as the wood weathers outdoors. These are normal occurrences and are not covered by warranty.

Distressed teak furniture is prized for its unique character. Nicks, splits, cracks, knots, and other imperfections in the wood are an inherent part of the furniture design. Finishes are hand applied and some slight color variation is normal. By its nature, distressed teak wood planks may be somewhat uneven and may cup or bow over time due to changes in temperature, or humidity. We believe this only enriches the furniture's distressed appeal and is not covered by warranty.
